  1. Clarification of cider from flotation sediments

  2. Clarification of cider from centrifuge discharge

  3. Sediments after fermentation yeast from the first and second self-clarification (lees)

  4. Clarification of finings

  5. Residues of Crossflow Micro Filtration (retentates)

  6. Sediments from tartaric treatment

  7. Sediments from acidification step


Yield from lees about 60-70%, from fining 70-80%


The integrated filtration of young wine is an option as well as a filtration within a fermentation process or as a replacement for existing clear filtration.
